What brands do you use for printing?
It’s important to me that my designs are printed on apparel produced according to fair, ethical, and no-sweatshop production standards. snoots + teefers designs are printed in the USA on highly rated Bella+Canvas, Comfort Colors, and AWDis garments. The printing method is Direct to Garment (DTG) and you can read more about that here.
Where do you ship, how much does it cost, and how long will it take?
snoots + teefers currently ships within the United States. Your item(s) will arrive approximately seven (7) days after your order is received and may take longer during holidays. Please note: apparel and stickers ship separately. Prices are as follows:
- Regular flat rate shipping (apparel): $8.00
- Regular flat rate shipping (stickers): $2.00
- Free shipping over $60.00
How should I wash and dry my Direct to Garment (DTG) printed t-shirt?
It is recommended to always wash and dry your printed garments inside out in cold water and hang dry. Having said that, I often use the medium dryer setting and it seems to be fine.
Do you carry size 2XL?
Yes! All of our tees, sweatshirts, and hoodies are available in size 2XL and the unisex tee also comes in 3XL.
What do I need to know about design scaling for sizes XL, 2XL, and 3XL?
The image shown on the product page is size L. Designs are automatically scaled down from L for sizes XS, S, and M using the same aspect ratio across all sizes. Please note that designs larger than L are not be scaled up (see image below) and therefore will appear smaller when printed on sizes XL, 2XL, and 3XL.
What do I need to know about product colors?
Computer monitors, smartphones, and tablets may display colors differently. This means it is possible that the actual product colors may vary from your device screen.
What is your policy regarding returns and exchanges?
snoots + teefers wants you to be happy with your purchase. You may return or exchange your unworn / unused garment within 30 days of delivery. Please get in touch via email so I can provide you with a return shipping label.
Please note: There is a tolerance of 0.5″ for print placement, meaning that minor variations in the placement of the print will not be considered as defects.
